Andrus is the only son of Brem and Falai Daggerdale, and was raised at their farm near Hlint. There he grew up, learning the ways of the farmer. But he wanted adventure and excitement, and as a youngster he dreamed of going to far away places with his friends, exploring new lands and fighting giants. Andrus' father bragged about felling giants in his younger days, and his stories were always as fascinating to Andrus. As he matured, he got even more attracted by dreams of adventure and glory, and finally the day came when it was time for him to leave the nest, as they say. And that's about it up to today. He left his parents' farm and went out into the world to seek adventure. Andrus is a very cheerful young man, and as he use to say: "There's no problem in the world a bottle of spirits can't solve." He drinks a lot, and frequently visits local taverns when in the area. Like many halflings, he is curious and likes to explore and discover new things, and his thirst for adventure is only matched by his unfailing loyalty to his friends and family.
