This is your typical looking Dwarf. His beard is very well kept, his armor, weapon, and shield seem exceptionally well kept. The way he looks around at the human settlements around him with such disdane is obvious of his kind. It is not uncommon, and is infact quite typical, to see him covered in soot. He does not seem very old - there is not a touch of grey in his beard. He has, however, gone bald early, even for a Dwarf. He seems to be built out of stone physically, with his young muscles that seem too big for his skin. All in all this Dwarf really leaves you with nothing remarkable about him. He seems to be a warrior of some type, which is easily surmisable from his armor and weapon. He has smile lines, and crows feet, yet it is hard to tell how he got them. Like a typical Dwarf outside of his homeland he seems to keep himself at a distance from people. Knowing this Dwarf well, and just who he is, would probably be an exceptional feat.
