Gabrielle lived a normal childhood with her family in Fort Llast. Her good natured personality meant that she was never short of a friend and her infectous laughter could often be heard as she went about her chores. As Gabrielle grew she became interested in weaponry and she enjoyed watching as swords and the like were smelted in the town smithy. Her interest led her to take up the sword much to her father's delight and she trained with him until such a time that she,, like him, became quick with a balde and her blows accurate. It wasn't long before she decided to follow the life of a Warrior and with her family's blessing and her father's pride, Gabrielle set out into the world looking for work and a life she could call her own.
