Plenarius grew up in a simple home on the edge of Kheldell, nestled in the High Forest. He was adopted at the age of three by a local cleric when his family all perished in a tragic fire. Klaasen was well skilled at healing and began helping Plenarius with his cleric teachings at a very young age. When Plenarius was not learning about healing or perhaps the undead, many of his early days were spent in solitude in the tops of the tallest nearby trees glancing across the northern waters and sharing a melody with the various songbirds. He began to share a bond with the birds of the forest and started feeding them whatever he could find. Plenarius felt like he could communicate with birds, and through all his time spent with them, he almost felt like he understood them. It soon became apparent to the local townsfolk that Plenarius had quite the attraction for the winged creatures who would not hesitate to land on his outstretched arm or feed from his palms. He soon became known as the "Birdman" in town and many a time you could hear the wounded or sick being told to "follow the flocks". Plenarius extended his tie to the birds by mirroring his clerical domains and bestowing his devotion to Katia. He now looks to leave his small town to advance his studies and begin passing along the wisdom of Mother Nature, and bestowing her grace through his healing hands for all that lives and deserves. A friendly and warm looking man with wind cracked cheeks, and a pleasant open smile. He can usually be heard whistling a quiet and happy song.
